Pramod Kulkarni, Hon. Secretary
 
Has done Post Graduation in Statistics and PGDM from IIM Ahmedabad (1979-81). He is one of the founding members of India’s well known NGO called PRERANA. He set up Prerana to promote lift irrigation for small and marginal farms. Later he also founded “SAATHI”, another NGO involved in assisting the street children to be brought to the social main stream.Till date "Saathi" has rehabilitated more than 5000 street children till date. 

Vijay Kulkarni
 
Has done Post graduate in Social Science, TISS and Executive MBA from IIM, Ahemdabad. Presently working as consultant to Akshara Foundation and has excellent expertise in Micro Finance.
 
Vani Purohit, Program Director
 
Has a post graduate degree in clinical psychology from Mumbai University and has been associated with Rapid for last 3-years. Prior to this also has worked with IT company in the area of HR.
